| Specimen: | Vaginal pool fluid: 500 microL Anal specimen:(1) swab in 1-2 mL sterile saline in a sterile tube. |

| Minimum Volume: | 1 drop |
| Collection: | Keep specimen warm to prevent rapid decrease in motility. Transport to the laboratory immediately (should reach the laboratory within 1 hour of collection). |
