| Minimum Volume: | 0.3 mL (Note: this does not allow for repeat testing). |
| Collection: | Collect into iced plastic or siliconized glass Purple (EDTA) top vacutainer tube, noting time of collection. After venipuncture, immediately immerse the tubes in an ice bath. Separate plasma and
transfer to a plastic purple screw capped aliquot tube.
Freeze specimen immediately. |
