| Specimen: | Endocervical specimen collected by gynecologist; APTIMA Combo 2 swab collection device. Patient collected swabs (in a clinical setting); APTIMA Combo 2 swab collection device. Urine; Minimum 5mL and no more than 30 mL of first-catch initial urine stream (dirty catch) collected in a sterile urine container or transfer urine to the APTIMA urine specimen transport tube within 24 hours of collection. Gynecological specimens collected in PreservCyt solution; APTIMA specimen transfer kit. |

| Rejection Criteria: | Incorrect collection, inappropriate source, or incorrect collection unit. Specimens collected on adolescents less than 14 years old WILL be performed at LabCorp. Urine – more than 30 mL of urine is too dilute to test. |
