| Specimen: | Urine: 24 hour urine collection in a 24 hour container or any chemically clean container. Patient should be instructed how to collect a 24 hour urine. First morning specimen is acceptable (60 mL sample). |

| Minimum Volume: | 12 mL urine |
| Collection: | Transport 24-hour urine or 60 mL aliquot to the laboratory as soon as possible. Urine aliquot may be submitted with documentation of 24-hour volume.
Refrigerate at 2-8°C. |
