Trough level is drawn within 30 minutes prior to dose.
Peak level is drawn 60-90 minutes after IM dose or post infusion. |

Collection: | If drawn in a SST (serum separator)serum must be removed from cells within one hour of collection. Transfer serum to a tightly capped plastic aliquot tube.
Refrigerate at 2-8°C for 8 hours; freeze if not assayed within 8 hours.
