Specimen: | Seminal fluid collection by masturbation in a sterile container; do not collect in a latex condom. Label with patient's name, date and time of collection.
Collection instructions are provided by AnMed Health Laboratory Services. An electronic copy is available under the "Form Section" of the electronic Test Directory. A hard copy is available within the content of the printed Test Directory. |

Collection: | Specimen should be wrapped in tin foil immediately after collection. Outpatient samples should be delivered ONLY to AnMed Health Laboratory Fant Street located at 600 N. Fant Street within one hour of collection.
Patients do not have to stop at registration. Semen Collection Information Form must accompany specimen.
Keep specimen warm and protect from light.
