| Specimen: | Blood; (1) Purple (EDTA ) top vacutainer tube. The patient's posture at the time of collection should be noted .

| Collection: | Keep Purple (EDTA) tube at room temperature. Centrifuge at room temperature. Transfer the plasma into a polypropolypropylene screw-capped aliquot tube and freeze immediately.
Specimen must remain frozen until tested.
