Specimen: | Buccal swabs (6) collected on all parties involved. Blood can also be used (1) Purple (EDTA) top vacutainer tube. |
Volume: | 6 Buccal swabs or (2) 4 mL primary tubes |

Collection: | Specimen should be shipped to LabCorp the same day as collection if possible. All samples and paperwork should be completed and packaged appropriately. |
