Collection: | Specimens should be shipped to LabCorp same day as collection. All samples and paperwork should be shipped in an LabPack.

Test Use: | To obtain scientific results to determine the paternity status of child. |
Additional Information: | Paternity tests must be scheduled in advance with AnMed Outpatient Laboratory. Fee must be paid at the time of service with cash, credit card or certified check. Photo identification is required for adults. Identification is also required for children. |
Testing Includes: | Paternity testing on a trio: mother, alleged father and one child. The mother's sample is not required for testing.
